The obligation
Accreditation holders must notify Safe Food in writing within 14 days of a business change that would make the accreditations register incomplete or inaccurate.
If a change in an accreditation holder's business is likely to make information in the accreditations register incomplete or inaccurate, the holder must give Safe Food written notice within 14 days, unless it has a reasonable excuse. The maximum penalty is 20 penalty units. Safe Food must keep the register available for free public inspection at its head office and may publish a copy on its website.
