In 2003, the Minister of Labour (Margaret Wilson) approved Amendment No. 1 to the Approved Code of Practice for Passenger Ropeways in New Zealand (1998 Edition), as notified in the New Zealand Gazette (notice 2003-go336). The amended 1998 Edition is the currently operative code. No subsequent amendments have been identified. Operators and duty-holders should ensure they hold and apply the version incorporating Amendment No. 1.
