The obligation
A risk management programme may cover another person's business only where the Director-General has approved that coverage as a multi-business programme.
The Director-General is not required to register a programme that purports to apply to another person's business, or part of it, unless its coverage of that business has been approved under section 17A. An approved multi-business programme is one of the cases where an application for registration need not include an independent evaluation report.
