Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2026 change regulation 246(1): Schedule 5 Division 2 plant must be registered under Part 5.3 unless subregulation (2A) applies. Subregulation (2A) applies for the exception period where the application is the first made under Division 4 for the item and its regulation 266(2)(h) inspection and assessment record is available.
