The obligation

Victoria's Compliance Code: Psychological Health (Edition 1, effective 1 Dec 2025) provides enforceable practical guidance under the OHS Act 2004 and OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025.

The Compliance Code: Psychological Health (Edition 1) took effect 1 December 2025. It applies to all Victorian PCBUs and provides authoritative practical guidance for complying with the Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 (S.R. No. 103/2025). Compliance with the Code creates a presumption of compliance with the corresponding regulatory obligations. The Code is more prescriptive than the national model WHS framework.
