The obligation
Workers must take reasonable care for their own and others' health and safety, and cooperate with the PCBU's WHS requirements.
Section 28 places duties on workers: take reasonable care for own health and safety; take reasonable care that acts/omissions do not adversely affect others; comply with lawful, reasonable WHS instructions; cooperate with policies and procedures. A 'worker' includes employees, contractors, subcontractors, outworkers, apprentices, volunteers and others who carry out work in any capacity for the PCBU.
