PCBUs that design structures that will be, or could reasonably be expected to be, used as a workplace must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the structure is designed without risks to persons using it, constructing it, carrying out reasonably foreseeable activities including its demolition or disposal, or in the vicinity.
