The Rural Plant Code of Practice 2024 took effect on 23 September 2024 under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld). It replaces the Rural Plant Code of Practice 2004 and the Plant Code of Practice 2005. The Code is approved by Safe Work Australia and adopted by WorkSafe Queensland.
