PCBUs must consult workers about work health and safety and may also have duties to consult, cooperate and coordinate with other duty holders. Officers must exercise due diligence to ensure the PCBU complies, including taking reasonable steps to ensure appropriate resources and processes are used to eliminate or minimise noise risks.
