An employer must take reasonable steps to ensure a child at work is not subjected to deliberate or unnecessary social isolation, or other behaviour likely to intimidate, threaten, frighten or humiliate the child. The employer must take reasonable measures to ensure the child can contact a parent while at work and allow them to do so in reasonable circumstances.
