The obligation
Mandates licences for high-risk work, plant item registrations, and design registrations for specified plant and structures under NT WHS Regulations.
Part 4 of the Regulations requires PCBUs and individuals to hold specific licences and authorisations before undertaking high-risk work (e.g., scaffolding, rigging, forklift operation) or operating specified plant. Design and item registration for plant and structures is also required. NT WorkSafe administers these authorisations.
