The Code of Practice covers any person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) engaged in work with precast, tilt-up or concrete elements in building construction in the Northern Territory. This includes principal contractors, designers, manufacturers, transporters, and erecting contractors. Each duty-holder must eliminate or minimise risks so far as is reasonably practicable at each stage of work.
