An unpaid administrative fee, or an additional amount after a change in licence fee period, increases at the late payment standard rate, prescribed as a penalty for the Act, section 57(4). An unpaid load-based fee increases at the late payment rate, also prescribed as a penalty for the Act, section 57(4). The EPA may refund or waive all or part of an administrative fee, including where the fee would have been lower on the actual level of activity.
