The obligation
Three amending instruments affecting the Regulation have been made but have not yet commenced.
They are Schedule 10 of the Environmental Legislation Amendment Act 2025 No 58, the Product Lifecycle Responsibility Regulation 2026, and Schedule 4.7 of the Contemporary Music Act 2026 No 36. The current compiled version, in force from 28 August 2026, does not include these amendments.
