The obligation
Obligations under environment protection legislation, including under an environment protection licence, may not be delegated or transferred unless the relevant Act expressly allows it.
Section 7A provides that an obligation imposed under environment protection legislation, including under an environment protection licence, may not be delegated or transferred unless otherwise expressly provided for in the Act imposing it. Section 7A was inserted by 2025 No 58.
