SafeWork NSW published an updated Code of Practice titled 'Managing risks of respirable crystalline silica in the workplace' in February 2026. It is approved under WHS Act 2011 s274 and expressly references the WHS Regulation 2025 (NSW). The Code covers engineered stone workplaces and broader CSS workplaces, updating references from the 2017 Regulation. PCBUs should review their WHS management systems, risk control plans and induction materials against this updated Code.
