The NSW Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Code of Practice was approved under s 274 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and gazette-notified on 28 June 2024. Based on Safe Work Australia's national model code, it provides practical guidance for PCBUs in NSW on eliminating or minimising sexual and gender-based harassment risks. PCBUs in NSW must apply the control measures outlined in this Code to meet their duties under the NSW WHS Act. …
