Federal Government approved the WHS (Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment) Code of Practice on 5 March 2025, binding Commonwealth entities and non-Commonwealth licensees under the WHS Act 2011 (Cth).
On 5 March 2025, the Federal Government approved the Work Health and Safety (Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment) Code of Practice 2025 under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth). The Code provides practical guidance to PCBUs on how to eliminate or minimise risks of sexual and gender-based harassment at work. It applies directly to Commonwealth entities and non-Commonwealth licensees.
