The ACT Government approved the Work Health and Safety (Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Code of Practice) Approval 2024 (NI2024-399) under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (ACT), effective 11 November 2024. The Code provides practical guidance for PCBUs on managing sexual and gender-based harassment risks. Notably, the Preventing and Responding to Bullying Code of Practice was concurrently revoked, as the Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code now covers those risks. …
