The Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012 (No. 14 of 2012) enacts the Rail Safety National Law as a Schedule. The RSNL applies as a uniform national law across participating jurisdictions (SA, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, ACT, NT) through adoption Acts in each jurisdiction. The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) is the single national regulator.
